On behalf of Elijah's Promise and the many people we serve, I would like to thank you for your very generous donation. We are extremely grateful for your support! Since 1989, Elijah's Promise has harnessed the power of food to break the cycle of poverty, alleviate hunger and change lives for the most vulnerable members of our Central New Jersey community. We operate a community soup kitchen, culinary arts school, catering business, market and cafe, and connect low-income individuals and families with social and health services. With the support of volunteers, donors and community partners, we serve more than 200,000 meals per year and train previously unskilled workers for careers in the food services industry.

Thank you everyone for celebrating with Tai Chi USA. We want to recognize Cheryl for opening her home to us, and Fran for organizing the event. We would like to thank all the bakers who made such outstanding desserts. Plenty of food to go around. Our annual Chinese New Year celebrations are just one of the reasons members enjoy the school.
