Tai Chi Long Form aka 103. First five postures with body movement and hands only. 1. Opening move 2. Left ward off 3. Right ward off. 4. Roll back 5. Press. Begin with hands only. Then add the gentle body movements. Practice till you remember the five postures. Then work on moving slowly and smoothly. Then add the body movements- the shoulders rock back and forth with the hands.
