We all want to slow down. Many new students express this as a key goal. And there are many methods of achieving a slower pace. Meditation, yoga, reading a book, Tai Chi, and now the egg. Egg? Well we cannot explain much about it but there seems to be a new company that makes eggs that remind you to slow down. The video for Kickstarter will provide more detail. We're not sure if the eggs will work but we do know something that has proven to work. Tai Chi works because the slow moving meditative movements of the form do help you to slow down.
We recommend that you have your eggs for breakfast right after you practice some Tai Chi.
