This year I want to exercise more. I want to find an exercise that I like. One that can be done without sweating. That does not require any special equipment or cloths. An activity that can be done alone or with others. Since sometime I’m in a rush, it can be done for 5 minutes or for an hour. And when I’m doing it right it feels like I’m not doing anything. It feels like I’m touching my nose.
