NJ Tai Chi Center
In 1996, Andy Lee's Tai Chi Chuan Center of New Jersey was chosen by Yang Zhenduo and Yang Jun to be an official Yang Chengfu Tai Chi Chuan Centers--USA (YCF-USA). The center  is part of the International Association of Yang stylists whose purpose is to enable everyone to work closely together to promote Traditional Yang Family Style Tai Chi Chuan empty hands and weapons forms worldwide.
Andy Lee, director of the New Jersey Branch teaches not only Tai Chi  forms but also other martial arts as well as traditional exercises.
What is Tai Chi? Often referred to as "swimming without water", Tai Chi  is a condition regimen that is even gentler than most forms of yoga.
What is Qigong?
An ancient Chinese system of therapeutic exercises, Qigong can combat a host of ailments including diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, liver and kidney problems, and cancer.   Instruction in Qigong practice is fundamental to all classes.

Instruction is one on one according to your needs and pace.  Therefore, we can offer flexible starting times for certain classes. We instruct step by step emphasizing basic  principles of balance and movement. Come and experience the fun and health benefits of doing Qigong and Tai Chi Chuan.
