What is White Lotus Qigong?

White Lotus Qigong
(Lian Hua Guan Yin Qigong)

Qigong is the art of exercising. The main purpose of these exercises is to regulate the internal functions of the human body, but it has been found to have a profound effect on the upper body, particularly the shoulders, and the neck. It emphasizes stretching and opening and closing the joints.  These exercises were developed to prevent and recondition injuries. The slow sustained movement which are set to music emphasis the quality of the movement with the principle involved in
body mechanics so you strengthen and stabilize the torso and limbs while focusing on the process involved in lengthening and extending ligaments, and tendons; thus opening the joints for increased range of motion. Feel longer and taller, refreshed, balanced, and strengthened.
