 Walking the Labyrinth : World Labyrinth Day is Saturday May 1,2010. 

In keeping with the goal of a rolling world-wide labyrinth walk JOIN US

2010 Spring EnerChi Classes

Dates: Mondays: 09/20/2010

Times: 8:15-9:45 pm

Price:  $250.00 for 8 weeks

Course Curriculum: 

1. Introduction to the theory and applications of TCM as it pertains to Qigong and Qi Healing.

2. Yin and Yang

3. Jing, Qi, Shen Five Elements

4. Zang-Fu Organs

5. Basic Meridian Lines and Points for Meditation 

6. Opening and practicing the Microcosmic Orbit

7. Introduction to regulating mind, body & breath

The classes meet once a week for 8 weeks.

Class length: 90 minutes

·         Our classes are small—no more than 9 people per class.

·         This 8-session course will meet once a week

·         $250 for 8 -90 minute classes and materials  

 

World Tai Chi Day: Saturday April 23, 2011 

World Tai Chi Day: Meet at the Center at 9:30 am. At 9:45 am, we will walk to the park on Old Bridge Turnpike and Main Street to do the Forms--13 and 24 at 10:00 am. All visitors are invited to follow or watch. EVERYONE WELCOME: Beginners, Advance or totally novices.
