There are no prerequisites: you don’t have to know tennis, golf, be flexible or be able to do 20 push ups. In fact some of our students began their classes sitting down. And everybody can wave their arms and move around slowly. The slower the better!

Tai Chi is also less intimidating to start. There no uniforms, no belts, no patches, and no special outfits. Just a T-shirt and sweat pants.
