Annually on the last Saturday in April people gather together to increase awareness of Tai Chi and Qigong. And the potential to improve their health and quality of life. Starting in new Zealand and moving worldwide to the West.
Originally, the first World Tai Chi & Qigong Day event was created to educate the media and public about the vastly important emerging medical research on Tai Chi and Qigong. And this amazing event still does educate millions worldwide . . .
But, as the event evolved and spread around the planet, it also became a symbol
of the commonality and connection of humanity, as tens of thousands come together across racial, religious, ethnic, and geo-political boundaries for the sole purpose of advancing health and healing locally, and to be a part of the global vision . . .
"One World . . . One Breath . . ."
Come become a member of the global Tai Chi flash mob. Experience the form and push hands.
