Baguà Zhang Internal Training class

The class will consist of:
       Circling exercises:

1. Eight Palm changes        

2. Eight Palm changes'

3. Two man fighting Drill 

   A. Standing exercises        

   B. Sensitive drills 

 
The focus of the class with be on how to use the eight palm changes and the exercises in a combat situations.

About Charles Coker:  Mr. Coker studied Dragon Palm Baguà Zhang  (also spelled Pa-Kua) with Master B. P. Chan at the William C.C. Chen School in Manhattan from 1994 until Master Chan's untimely death in February 2002
